BLOODiCE | 2.0 Bot Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BLOODiCE | 2.0 collects, uses, stores, and deletes data when you use the BLOODiCE | 2.0 Discord bot, dashboard, commands, moderation tools, invite tracking, tickets, music features, welcome features, and related services.
By adding BLOODiCE | 2.0 to a Discord server or using its commands and dashboard, you understand that the bot processes Discord data only as needed to provide its configured features.
Data We Collect
BLOODiCE | 2.0 may collect and store the following data:
- Discord user IDs and guild/server IDs.
- Guild configuration, such as language, prefix, enabled plugins, ignored channels, mod-log channels, poll channels, ticket settings, welcome/goodbye settings, autorole settings, invite tracking settings, live member counter settings, and dashboard settings.
- Member records used for moderation and invite features, including guild ID, user ID, invite counts, bonus/fake/leave invite counts, inviter ID, used invite metadata, join metadata, mute state, timeout end date, and moderation sanctions.
- Admin-created text templates, such as custom command responses, welcome messages, goodbye messages, join DM messages, ticket panel text, AFK text, poll text, and announcement text while those features are being configured or executed.
- Dashboard account/session data, such as Discord user ID, dashboard login status, first login time, last login time, and session data required to keep the dashboard working.
- Command logs containing command name, author ID, guild ID, guild name, username, and timestamp.
- Operational logs needed to diagnose bot errors and service reliability.
Message Content
BLOODiCE | 2.0 uses Message Content access for features that require reading message text, including:
- Prefix command parsing and custom prefixes.
- Server custom commands.
- AutoMod link, invite, spam, and phishing checks.
- AFK mention responses.
- Poll, announcement, translation, music search, and other free-form command inputs.
- Command cleanup, ignored-channel behavior, and permission checks involving the command message.
BLOODiCE | 2.0 does not store general chat history and does not maintain a searchable archive of server messages. Most message content is processed in memory only so the bot can respond to commands or enforce configured AutoMod rules.
Some message-like text may be stored only when it is itself a bot configuration value or moderation record, such as custom command responses, welcome/goodbye templates, AFK text, moderation reasons, or admin-configured announcement content.
Server Members Data
BLOODiCE | 2.0 uses Server Members access for features such as:
- Welcome and goodbye messages.
- Autorole on member join.
- DM-on-join messages.
- Invite tracking and invite statistics.
- Invite rank role rewards.
- Live member counter channels.
- Moderation member lookup and mute/timeout restoration.
This data is used only to provide server-management features configured by server administrators.
Presence Data
BLOODiCE | 2.0 does not require or intentionally store Discord Presence data such as online status, activity, or platform status. Presence Intent is not required for the bot's core functionality.
How We Use Data
BLOODiCE | 2.0 uses collected data to:
- Run bot commands and slash commands.
- Enforce moderation and AutoMod settings.
- Maintain invite tracking and member statistics.
- Send configured welcome, goodbye, ticket, poll, and announcement messages.
- Provide dashboard configuration and server-management tools.
- Keep music, giveaway, ticket, and utility features working.
- Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
We do not sell, rent, license, or trade Discord API data. We do not share Discord API data with data brokers, advertising networks, or unrelated monetization services.
Machine Learning and AI Training
BLOODiCE | 2.0 does not use Discord message content or Discord API data to train machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, or large language models.
Data Sharing
BLOODiCE | 2.0 may send data to:
- Discord, as required for normal bot operation.
- The bot's database and hosting infrastructure.
- Bot-list services for public bot statistics, such as server count, shard count, user count, or voice connection count, when configured.
- External content APIs used by specific commands, such as translation, image, meme, fun, or music lookup services, only when a user invokes those commands.
We do not share Discord API data for advertising, profiling, eligibility decisions, or unrelated third-party purposes.
Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for bot functionality:
- Command logs are configured with a database TTL and are retained for about 30 days by default unless the deployment changes this setting.
- Dashboard sessions are retained as needed to keep users logged in and may expire or be cleared.
- Guild configuration, custom commands, invite statistics, moderation records, and member records are retained while the bot remains configured for a server so features continue working.
- Operational logs are retained as needed for reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention.
When BLOODiCE | 2.0 is removed from a server or a server owner requests deletion, stored guild configuration and related guild data can be deleted upon request, subject to reasonable security, abuse-prevention, and backup limitations.
User and Server Controls
Server administrators can control many data-processing features by:
- Disabling AutoMod.
- Configuring ignored channels.
- Disabling invite tracking, welcome/goodbye messages, autorole, tickets, live member counters, polls, or custom commands.
- Removing stored custom commands or templates.
- Removing BLOODiCE | 2.0 from the server.
Users can reduce message-content processing by using slash commands where available instead of prefix commands. Server-level moderation and AutoMod behavior is controlled by server administrators.
Data Deletion Requests
Server owners and users may request deletion of data associated with a server or user by contacting BLOODiCE | 2.0 support.

When requesting deletion, include your Discord user ID and, for server data requests, the Discord server ID. We may need to verify that you own or administer the server before deleting guild-level data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data, including database access controls, environment-based secrets, and limited operational access. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or deletion.
Children's Privacy
BLOODiCE | 2.0 is intended for use on Discord and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by law in their country. The bot should not be used to knowingly collect data from users who are not allowed to use Discord.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when BLOODiCE | 2.0 changes its features, data practices, hosting, or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted in the location where this policy is made available.
